My Take on The Bird Flu

Yes the bird flu has the potential to kill a lot of people but the government and news media are trying to create a panic and they need to stop before they cause more problems than the actual bird flu does. Every government around the world is culling all birds where an infected bird has come into contact with other birds and I think it’s wrong because you may actually be killing off the cure as well. Think about it like this humans make antibodies to virus all the time, for the flu we use a dead virus which is administered to us and our bodies’ natural immune system creates the antibodies to make the flu virtually harmless to us. Animals do the same thing once they are infected if they survive their bodies will make the antibodies needed to protect them from future outbreaks and will also help us in finding a treatment but if we constantly cull the birds that have been exposed to the virus before they get sick and either die or have a chance to recover then they will never build up the antibodies to prevent the spread of the disease thus making the jump from bird to human then human to human that much easier to do. Lets face it does anyone remember SARS that had the potential to kill a lot more people then it did and the media and the government blew it way out of proportion as well as West Nile Virus and its never been as bad as they predicted. Now I’m not saying we should let our guards down but shouldn’t we first try other things before we create a world wide panic and cull off more birds than we actually need to.

I have the sad news to report a good friend and a cast member of “modern dating according to Jeff” has passes away. Cliff Christian passed away at the beginning of this week. He was a brilliant actor, and a naturally funny person. Cliff made me work harder at being funny; he was also our first AD. It seems when you are not looking things happen I have not checked email for several days being purely lazy, at work I wanted to call Cliff and apologize for a short filming notice. While going through my emails I found out about a Great loss for the entire city of Houston a funny light has gone out, he was in my opinion a driving force in trying to make Houston Improv national he will be missed. Spinning My Wheels

Do you ever get the feeling your just spinning your wheels? I do and it usually puts me in a funk that is always hard to get out of, and for some reason this week has been bad and I just want to find a way to get through it and get on the right track again. I have worked everyday and have yet to really accomplish anything important, every time something positive happens something negative follows very quickly and I don’t understand it. I try to live good life help out people when I can and make the world a better place. Yes I know I can be negative in my writings, in conversation and especially when I’m behind the wheel but for the most part I’m a decent person that lives my life with a simple philosophy there is a God and I’m not it and do a good deed everyday and don’t tell anyone about it. I’ve been working on entertaining people through plays and the web for the past ten years at great expense to my finances yet I still try to make the world laugh and to think as well not necessarily in any particular order and it sometimes takes its toll on me physically, emotionally, and as always financially yet I still do it and sometimes I wonder why. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind doing it when its fun but sometimes it a pain in the ass, finding the time, the money and sometime wondering why. Money makes the world go around I wish it wasn’t the case but it is and well if the industry doesn’t take you seriously and just borrow from you while paying someone else then what good does it do. I’m tired maybe its because the holidays are coming up maybe its because in a few months I will get a little older, maybe its because I see the destruction of the beauty of nature every time I take a drive or maybe its because I’m tired of being in a rut that doesn’t seem to be getting any better or maybe I just need a vacation which I won’t get any time soon. I know some people don’t like it when I get this way and some people try to make me stop especially when I’m trying to vent and clear my head but this way seems to work for me and if it works why change it. Maybe I’ll get it all figured out soon enough and maybe just maybe everything will start going right and I won’t need to do this anymore. You know what the hell with the maybe because I will figure it out and everything is going to go right because damn it I said so and I believe it to be true and I’m going to stop letting the little things get me down because life is just to damn short and its time to start enjoying it once again instead of always letting it get the best of me.

A Pleasant Surprise and a few bad ones after Rita

Four days after Hurricane Rita passed I got a few surprise’s one was great the others well they sucked but I want to tell everyone about the good surprise first. About six months ago my oldest Kitty whose name happens to be Miss Kitty went missing after three days of hard rain. I went looking for her to no avail so I just figured she was fifteen and decided to go hide and die something cats will do. I don’t know why they like to go off and die alone but it reminds me of some Indian tribes where they know it’s their time and they go off alone to die. Well I didn’t have closer and I never expected to see her again but she just showed up across the street luckily it was before we got hit with yet another roving black out and I was able to get her inside and feed her which she defiantly needed. See when she went on her little journey she was some where between fifteen to twenty pounds and now she is around two to three pounds. She is a fur covered skeleton and her back paw is sore and it looks like she traveled pretty far to get back home, but she home and that’s all that matters. I know she is old and may not be with me much longer but I’m looking at this as a wonderful gift and will treat as such and if she wants to get fat again I have no problem with it. Now onto the roving black outs which can be expected after a major disaster but if the damn company say’s they will only last an hour at a time and they won’t do them at night then damn it they better keep their word which Entergy is defiantly not doing, on average the black outs are lasting three to four hours at a time in hundred degree heat and that is bullshit. They are also doing the same area’s multiple times as well as last night they hit my subdivision up at around 7:15 until almost 8:00 which really sucks for me because after the first black out my two main window units shut down and stay that way until I turn them back on so my house was fucking hot and I had just turned them back on and they didn’t have time to start cooling off the place before they blacked us out again and this may go on for weeks meanwhile business that lose power lose money and in some cases have to throw out food and other perishable items. Now you can say well what about those who don’t have power that were in the main path of Katrina and Rita and I say well they were warned to evacuate and though I feel for them its not fair to the rest of us when they keep cutting the power on and off at will and they have complete control and we can’t say or do shit about it. How would they like it if I came to their houses and waited till they were asleep and shut down their breakers, after the sweat ran down their asses and made their balls stick to their thighs I bet they would be pissed, well I won’t do that to them because it’s a waste of my time but then again if it stays as hot as it is and they keep lying to us maybe I’ll just have to say what the fuck who knows it could be fun.

Well it seems the new millennium artists crawl and hides when the evil big brother threatens them, Tennessee attorney general Paul Summers told poor little country singer Gretchen Wilson not to show her audience a can of skoal. Wow he claimed this hot little country girl might be violating the 1998 tobacco settlement by showing it. Have you ever heard a bigger crock of shit, try saying this young Gretchen “fuck off “ how dare this fuck head attorney general violate your right to free speech, and in case he doesn’t know most of your listeners already have used or are using skoal or other tobacco products. If he has such little regard for the intelligence of country music fans perhaps he should move to New York where he can sit in a room full intellectuals and talk about how stupid the rest of the world is. Let me tell you the truth if you start chewing tobacco because of a singer no matter how hot she is or smoking because the do it in a film you are stupid and deserve to die. Anyone who has smoked will tell you its bad for ya, anyone who knows anybody that chews will tell you it rots your teeth. Here is your big duh leave people alone we have the right to life liberty and the pursuit to happiness, Mr. attorney general so please shut the fuck up and try prosecuting criminals and let little Miss Hotie sing whatever she wants and in the words of a lot of rock stars “if you don’t like it don’t listen” but personally since she won’t tell it to you I will shut the fuck up and worry about your album. Damn my week started off promising but it seems to be going to shit rather quickly. Monday was actually a good day and Tuesday started out being all right but the stress is really piling up. First grandma is sick but what else is new she is always sick, I know some of it is do to the fact she doesn’t eat right, she doesn’t take her medication right, and well she doesn’t listen at all she only hears what she wants to hear. I get here and she tells me she is weak but she is going to take a shower because she didn’t take one yesterday and I’m thinking okay there is no way in hell I’m going to see you naked (it took years to get that image out of my head last time and I still have frightening flash backs from time to time.) and secondly I still can’t use my right hand so if you fall I can’t get you back up off the ground. Okay so that’s stressful enough but when I get up stairs to check email and stuff I find out my server for one of my domains is down and I can’t check my main email addresses and I have important deadlines and well these are the emails everyone of my business contacts use to contact me. On a brighter note the entire network seems to be down so its not just my site if you can call that a brighter note but then again the network could have been in the path of Katrina in which case I’m fucked and I really need to figure out what the hell I’m going to do about it. I’m feeling the stress now but hey I know it could be worst I could be one of the refugees who got out of Katrina’s way and don’t know if they have anything to go back to. I’m torn on this entire thing if everyone knows that New Orleans is a potential disaster area and all it will take is one large hurricane to wipe it out why do you live there, why build a house there, I think we take things for granite like it won’t happen in my lifetime so we’ll be fine or well we survived the last big storm so we’ll be fine when the truth is sooner or later luck will run out and bam New Orleans is suddenly the lost city. Man and his arrogance once again fails to figure it all out yet the people I feel the most for is the poor because chances are they don’t have insurance and will lose everything while the better off will get their pay off and build again. Yet I still feel for these people because some of them will lose everything and some will never recover. Also I feel for all the animals that couldn’t get out of the way. Sorry, everyone feels for the humans I just happen to like animals better. They don’t tend to fuck up the environment and say its Gods will that man uses all the natural resources and destroys the planet and the animals don’t matter. If they get in the way of progress eradicate them. I say the human race needs to wake the fuck up and reexamine the way we doing things because this is just the beginning of the end if we keep it up.

As you all know I have been at war with ignorance for a long time, including my own although I fear I will lose that battle too. I have gone on about my anger at the buzz killers, government, and whatever else rolls out of my pea brain. I have let the buzz killers go we have dropped olive branches, and moved on. A former friend however asked me to do her a favor, I pointed out that the guy that was going to do her this favor changed, very quickly he discovered meth, and I discovered why they call it dope. I really don’t deal with this stuff and never been around any one that was on it, let me honestly tell you if you have never been around any one on meth don’t they are freaky, I mean really freaky so freaky that Michael Jackson seems normal freaky. Well I drop off the money and the guy goes to another state (told you they are freaky) for a month calls me today and asks if the job is still his, of course after all hell has broken lose. How bad did it get? Well my friend thought it would be a good idea to take a gang over to his house and threaten them for the money if they had no money take their stuff; I offered to pay the money cheaper to pay a hundred fifty dollars then the thousands a lawyer would suck out of me only to get me ten years at bend over Acers. You see if I commit a felony I want it to mean something; like protecting my family, will not rob a store, deal drugs, and won’t shake down a drugged up woman for a few bucks. I can take the high road five times I said this guy was strung out and was not the same person I knew. So I guess every story has a beginning middle and end as does friendship so know I have an end to this chapter on a couple of people, but what a sad end, to her I am the bad guy lost her money (no matter how many times you say your not sure apparently it is still your fault) and he is mad as hell at me because I called his house trying to get him to live up to his commitment. So why am I the bad guy? I guess it’s because I tried to help a friend and failed if you succeed you’re a hero if not you’re the goat oh well going to see the cubs in September with one my best friend’s but I was told cool people would say fuck it, I tried if you don’t like the out come tough shit. So I’ll be cool I guess and say that’s life, Jeff would have sent one over to the others house and let them fight it out but I say live and let die, I mean live either way it’s another story ended by a songs chorus with no winners and me losing, so I said my peace so I’m out of here. Well as a wise man once said some times the lights always shinning on me, other times I can barely see, and today I can barely see but this too shall pass.

Animal rescue shelter requests help to repair AC unit

Some of Harris County's furry residents are forced to with the heat because an air conditioning unit is on the fritz. We visited Special PALS where about 70 cats and dogs are looking for a new home. There are two air conditioning units inside the building and one of them isn't working very well. It only works about half of the time. So, PALS brought in a huge fan to try to keep the animals cool. For some, that works but for others, it doesn't and they need IVs. Special PALS is asking for donations to fix the air conditioning. You can call 281-579-7387 if you can help. There's a story I head years ago, when Band Aid released "Feed the World," about Waylon Jennings showing up at the rehersal for the taping. When it came time for the artistic directors to explain to him that he would be chanting some background African tribal lyrics, he is said to have responded, "I'm not singing any goddamn African tribal chants" before he righteously stormed out.

Waylon was a perfectionist, an all around good guy by industry standards. He was also very Texan - meaning, he tended to stick to the basics of an issue. His approach to Band Aid then, if it actually transpired, just shows the integrity and common sense intelligence that most Texans possess.

So I watched the media frenzy of the G8 in horror. There are already too many real stories of Americans in need, while we empty the coffers for the internationally distressed. My friend tells the story of racking up a $29,000 hospital bill at Harris County (a place, only in my opinion, that should be turned over to the Harris County Animal Control District), while finding herself surrounded by charity patients. She asked a nurse, "That guy was shot in the head, what's his bill like?" The response makes a normal person appalled: "He's illegal. He has no bill."

So enters Bono, another celebrity cum spokesperson. Hey, they are singers - not politicians for christ's sake, or has everyone forgotten? It might be good to get Bono to stop the fighting in Ireland, a place where they can understand his promptous, riddling drawl. Always best in your own backyard, so to speak.

The funniest response to the "celebrity spokesperson turned politico" was from Ralph Nader. Questioned by Leonardo di Caprio on the enviroment, the actor said, "If you knew anything about the environment…" at which point Nader interrupted and said, "Well, if you'd graduated from high school instead of acting, you would know that…" It's time to put these celebrities and their purile, underdeveloped opinions in perspective.

We give these African nations money. Do we get oil or food? The Russians and DeBeers have the diamonds. Where's the tit for tat? Here's an idea: they can come to Lukenbach, Texas. That's right. Only one catch: they work, like we do. I say we open the floodgates: any African national that wants to blow up Al-Queda can sign on for a three year stint. If they get enough kills, we give them an acre of land, or a Jim Walter home. At the end of the stint, bingo: Marvin the Ethernopian is now an American, and we are no longer throwing tax dollars overseas - it would go to the men and women who serve this country.

And let's remember: We have few government subsidies for farmers afflicted with drought. The Africans, to quote the late great Sam Kinison, "live in a fucking desert." He had the right idea: to go to Africa with a bus, and load everyone up, saying "You can't live in a fucking desert. We are taking you somewhere with water."

The War on poverty isn't war. You ride the short bus if you believe in the lying, crooked LBJ's "Great Society" rhetoric. If we wanted to find Osama, we'd blow up a small portion of the Middle East each and every day. Eventually, the natives would cough up the burnin' turbans, these cowardly bastards campaigning for an evil and treacherous God. And at the end of it, the natives and Americans alike would be jamming out to The Final Cut - Pink Floyd's "Get your Filthy Hands off my Desert." We don't need jihad here. No thanks, we have Mormons, we have Amish, we like our zealots docile. We demand it. Remember Koresh? Don't preach the bible and have grenades. That's the American way. And that's a good thing! A separate of church and militia is critical. Otherwise, our Navy Seals would be decked out in designed multi-colored euro trash wear like the Vaticans Swiss Guards.

If we wanted to eradicate poverty, we couldn't do it. We were told that thousands of years ago, and quite directly. Let me end with a message, delivered by Jesus: "The poor will be with you always."

If you had any idea of what cool was or is, at some point you have read something written by Hunter S. Thompson (1938-2005) a brilliant writer whose mad capped adventures not only was he anti establishment he was anti everything. He was not a flower child; he was a gun totting party hardy, man who saw the world from his own view, and will be missed. No fear or loathing just being shot out of a cannon, no their will never be another Hunter S. Thompson, because society has gotten pasty and boring from bike helmets to seat belts we have become a nation of sissies being forced to obey our overlords in the congress as they pass nanny law after nanny law as we bend over and take it, so in honor of Hunter take off your seat belts, and tell congress to fuck off and die, oh well to dream of a nanny free nation free of political correctness. But Hunter I will miss you as they launch you into the sky, over the land where the buffalo roam, and no matter how weird it has gotten, it still hasn’t gotten weird enough for me either!

I would like to ask a question, what do you do when a friend someone you trusted more than you should have, steals your ideas and sells them as his? It’s easy for them walk away from God, proclaim yourself as an injured party, and pretend to be the victim. It is easy isn’t it after all you stood on your porch and listed as I mapped out a slew of ideas, you just smiled shook his head then fucked me up the ass; while I’m worrying if my son will live or die. I am at a loss for words on this, but recently a friend died; Gary he had a small part in our stuff but was a very cool person and an honest to goodness good soul. This is the second death from our old days, other than a couple of friendships. So last week I was looking through the old pictures, and we are going through the old footage, for the late fall release, or early spring of “when a good movie goes bad”. We are on our third host and who knows how many re-edits; we have passed up three distribution company’s offers. Why, maybe because looking at the fun makes the pain worse, I was surprised at some of the quality it was better than I remembered, we were young, and all friends, and it was us against the world. I know where we are going, last year I was clueless; I was hurt that someone I trusted lied to me accused me of things that were far from true. Should I fight, should I charge my windmill and fight the good fight to prove to them that the idea they are placing all their hopes and dreams on was mine? Do you think they would get it? Do you think they would have enough integrity to admit it? Or just be glad it’s over, wish them well and move on? I mean are we enemies? Are they now my arch enemies? Should I stay awake worrying what they are doing? Well I’m not its time to hustle, were back and better than ever. Doing what we do best having fun. Nor does theirs time revolve around me, but I will admit going through the pictures I did want to call them, to tell them about Gary, would they care? Probably not at all after all they are probably waiting for me to die just so they can dance on my grave, so I’m going to be buried at sea, just to piss them off one last time. You know I wished them well, and I really meant it, I guess I’m glad it’s over just wishing they would apologize for all the hatred they spewed. Will they, probably not, but for one brief moment last week Reggie was behind the counter making me laugh doing his impression of Lanny, whom we think had really fallen asleep on the counter, Mikes trying to get us to quit playing around and take things serious, success will not be fun without Gary or Mike. And I wish I could just call Mike one more time and ask him if I should fight on, or just say I’m sorry they hate me and move on. Success is calling, and this time we are ready to take the call. So Mike and Gary, I know your both in heaven looking down and laughing because you have the answers and we don’t, I wish we all could look back and remember the fun, its not us against you, I hope your bigger than it being you against us. We are going to release when a good movie goes bad, so if you want to be part of it cool if not fuck you, we are going to dedicate it to the memory of both Gary and Mike, and at the end of it also dedicate it for the death of a couple of friendships. But then maybe that’s what it took for us to get over the last hurdle, I would rather fail on my own merits, then succeed on someone else’s I think I’m done perhaps a couple of beers look through the pictures one last time mail our former friend, and director of photography the picture of his kids, with nothing but fond memories from the past, will be successful? Will they? Do I care? If not shouldn’t I? In a month we will be in the catbirds seat I wish I could call them, and we could be happy for each other. Will that ever happen? I don’t know I know we are going to have fun, if you don’t like it; fuck off and die, if you do grab on and hold tight. Do I miss the friendships lost? Yes and no friendship is a two way street if I give you a ride or give you money, say thanks if you never intend to pay it back. If you steal my ideas at least give me credit by saying idea by... Yada yada, no I will not cheer if they fail, I whish them huge amounts of success; honestly I do. We each lost more than we will admit, but I have new friends now and I am having fun, each day brings different challenges, Gary I will miss ya but go hang out with God and Mike and tell them all we are still working on it. And notices to all big things are coming watch out. So what have I learned from all of this... every silver lining has a touch of grey

I found myself gravely ill the evening of the Brad Pitt interview with Diane Sawyer. I couldn't get away from media types. I found myself unable to stop hearing things I didn't want to hear, skeezy mental images that make you put your fork down at the Chinese buffet and go "ewwhh."

So I called Taz, a former doctor and current expert in non-medicinal uses of anesthesia. Arriving in time to hear Brad Pitt talking about Angelina Jolie, Taz offered his terse diagnosis pointing at the TV. "Dehumanizes you." I have abortive subconscious sociopathy (A.S.S. for short). I'll have to serve as the interim spokesperson, until some other sufferers come out of the closet. Until then I have the awesome responsibility of increasing public awareness about A.S.S.

Stoners take note: A.S.S. is not remedied by medicinal marijuana use. Recreational use maybe a causative agent, turning 24-news and reality shows into bubblegum for the mind.

The only relief from symptoms of A.S.S. seems to come from listening to Gomez and Great Big Sea, or watching "Deadwood." Granted, that's an adult soap based loosely on history. But it's not a biographic accounting of specific events, actual or alleged. OK, the villainous and avaricious George Hearst was real. The people on Deadwood AREN'T.

Watching Deadwood, I'm not an active participant in the constant voyeurism that is shoved down our throats. I don't care about American Idol, I'm not glued to Fox News, and I don't give a shit if Peter Brady is living with Mini Me. This trend is weird. Not weird like the parking lot before a Dead show. Not even weird like watching Tammy Faye Baker cry and wondering what she did to her hairline. But weird like watching your parents do it, hearing them having a riotously great time, and not being able to pull yourself away from the doorjamb.

Then I lit on it. Standing at the CVS registered, I noticed a display of plastic bands. The style has changed since I wore them, during the original Madonna wannabe rage. Back then, they were thin and black but they also conveyed a message quickly and effectively, "Let's fuck."

I looked at the tag on the pink one: Made in China -- 100% Silicone. "Your purchase will increase awareness of breast cancer." Silicone - breasts… I decided a call to the charity's 800 number explaining THAT irony would illicit only one word, "Doh!," so I decided against it. But what's next - a Mensa-designed puzzle bracelet for Autism?

Here's my solution: We stop watching reality TV. We stop watching the news, at least until the evening news anchors confine their stories to world and national news, sports, like it used to be. Can you imagine Walter Cronkite forced to spew trivia and gossip on a 24-hour FOX News show? Where do you get 24 hours worth of worthy news? Some asshole there knew, a media Andy Fastow-type, greedy, amoral, reckless, one day proposing, "Hey, let's just take any high profile person, regardless of occupation, and we'll churn random details of their lives. People will think it's NEWS!" No wonder poor Shepard Smith fumbled on the Jenny from the Block story with an inadvertent "blow job" malaprop flying from his lips. After a while, everyone's autopilot turns on, and we take it in subconsciously.

So the cure for A.S.S.: we get plastic bracelets, grey and speckled, like the color of snow on TV, emblazoned with only two words:

Tell the media to find another country whose citizens each deserve 15 minutes of fame. I hope ours is up soon!

We at BBD will stand up against those that will impose their ideas upon us, or the masses. We fought the proponents of political correctness we stood up to those that would impose there will on us, and have refused to back down. Although it is early and the race for Governor of Texas seems a far distant though, we are angry at the current Governor Rick Perry who’s only wants to steal the last thing a dying person has, their home! He has had no vision, and ignores the will of the people, instead of creative financing ideas he chooses to rob the dead. It seems that our favorite ghost hunter is at it again, taking television by storm, this time with the national Geographic’s channel with material featured from two of her many investigations; appearing in the show “is it real” in late April please check out the exact date and time on her media page at www.ghastlyghosthunter.com and as always look around her page some real cool stuff. Cathi is a very sweet and good friend whom as more and more good things goes her way we will continue to let you know about them. Keep an eye open for her forthcoming book Art from beyond the grave. We will always keep an eye on Cathi since see is a Star on the rise and a great person and friend.

Well Terri has finally left this cruel world well at least the shell of her that was left after her accident fifteen years ago has now passed and she can now either rest an eternal sleep or start a new adventure with God and the story should be over but its not no they won’t let this poor women rest even with her death. I find the entire situation appalling that it has turned into a political argument and Tom Delay, Congress, the Senate, President Bush and the rest of the little hate organizations should be ashamed of themselves for getting involved and turning a family matter into a freak show that is only rivaled by the Michael Jackson trial. Oh yes I said hate groups because that is what they act like if they don’t get their way and well if the shoe fits them then I’ll use it. Members of these groups are sending death threats to Terri’s husband for granting her wishes these groups preach life yet if it suits them they will preach to take a life and for that they are nothing but a bunch of religious hypocrites that justify hate and death as long as its on their terms. And one may ask why were these groups their and I believe its because their leaders asked them to be there so that they could get face time for their misguided causes and of course the financial rewards that come from those who are stupid enough to send them money and just when you think it can’t get any worse Jesse Jackson shows up to put his two cents in and all this is going on while Michael sits with Terri for her last days on this earth. Well I will put it to you this way there are a lot of politicians that need new jobs because they damn well don’t need to be in office anymore. Tom Delay a failed businessman in Houston who went into Texas politics to save his business and became known as Hot Tub Tom and learned how to raise money and float it illegally to further his cause needs to be reminded of the constitution and the separation of Church and State by voting him out of office. Jeb Bush’s political future needs to be over because he doesn’t understand this concept either and there are many others that should no longer be in public office as well. Randal Terry and others like him never need to be in the public spot light again but then this is America and I would have to rely on their supporters and the people in their districts to wake up and stop being ignorant lemmings and start thinking for themselves and well I just don’t see that happening anytime soon. Now there will be those that don’t agree with me and that’s cool you can respond on Gregies Blog if you choose to but any threats will not be treated in kind and any death threats will have harsh consequences.
Taxation Without Representation in New York

The other day I was watching the news and saw another disturbing story out of New York a story where the state has taken it upon itself to try to collect taxes from smokers who have bought cigarettes online. This boggles the mind its not only an evasion of privacy because the list they obtained should have never been forced to be turned over but the people who are receiving these bills are told they must pay thousands of dollars in taxes and if the fail to pay they can have their paychecks garnished. Now I know these sites offer no sales tax but the bottom line is you are still paying the federal taxes not to mention shipping for the cigarettes you buy on line and for a state to try to get you to pay taxes for an item not purchased in that state is not only obscene and unfair but is obviously an abuse of power especially in a state where it is cheaper to buy crack than it is to buy a pack of cigarettes. Next thing you know if you go out of town New York will want you to pay taxes on everything you purchased on the trip from the taxes on the food you eat to the taxes on the gas hotel and any other expense you may have occurred on your trip outside of New York. This is obviously a cheap ploy by a state that has nothing better to do then to attack smokers which is something they have gotten away with for far too many years that is why I say I will never go to New York by choice and I hope the hell that the smokers of New York unite and file a lawsuit against New York’s practice of attacking smokers and forcing them to pay unfair taxes. The American Revolution was started because of taxation without representation and New York, California and many other states unfairly tax smokers because they are easy targets. It’s unfair and unjust and needs to be stopped and if it takes a revolution or several hundred class action lawsuits then so be it! Now I know smoking is a stupid habit but those who choose to smoke should not be forced to pay out rages taxes ever time a state need to raise some money because they don’t know how to balance their over inflated budgets.

Political Correctness Running Amuck!

I think the world is now just getting stupid here is an exert from a news story that aired by Houston’s ABC 13 about a local radio talk show host Chris Baker that has me scratching my head in shame that this is even relevant argument or reason to attack someone for stating their opinion.

“Johnson says she listened to several of Baker's shows discussing the fatal shooting of 14-year-old Eli Escobar by Houston police officer Arthur Carbonneau and the subsequent criminal trial. Johnson says she never heard Baker make disparaging or racial remarks, but says it was his tone of voice that upset her.”

In the age of political correctness where you have to worry that your opinion may upset someone now apparently you have to worry about the tone of your voice because it can get you in trouble.

"He was disrespectful, you know," she said. "He had an opinion that, it's up to him to have his own opinion, but he was disrespectful."

Johnson contacted local LULAC President Johnny Mata. LULAC is considering filing a formal complaint against the talk show host with the FCC.

"We can debate. We can argue. I don't have a problem with that," said Mata. "You can have control of the mic. But you don't control the airwaves. That belongs to the public."

Okay now its got to stop if you sound disrespectful you might get into trouble with LULAC, NAACP, and the Anti-Defamation league. I say fuck that! Yes I said fuck that and fuck these organizations for going after you if you have an opinion. Its one thing to use racist remarks or to incite violence but to go after a talk show host because you don’t like the tone of his voice and find it disrespectful. The lady who filed this complaint should bend over and kiss Chris Bakers ass. In a world where we have to walk such a tight thin line whenever we talk in public because we might offend someone. We shouldn’t have to worry about the tone of our voice as well. If the man has an opinion he should be free to speak his mind and if his tone is a little ruff or disrespectful so be it, he shouldn’t have to worry about getting a complaint filed on him with the FCC or having the organizations that are just looking for someone to say the wrong thing coming after him for doing so. This is a joke and the only reason this lady even heard this show is because her son takes her to and from work and he listens to it. I say she is a fool and these organizations are big jokes themselves for even getting involved in this argument and any sponsor that decides to pull their adds from this show are idiots and should be boycotted for their stupid reaction because one woman thought the guys tone was disrespectful. I say hey honey you don’t like Chris Bakers tone then bite me because I will surely piss you off more than he ever could. These organizations seem to live for witch-hunts and that is exactly what is happening here a witch-hunt. I myself don’t listen to regular radio I prefer Sirius radio so I don’t have to worry that a DJ is pulled off the air for stating his or her opinion and well Clear Channel killed local radio in Houston many years ago but I will stand up for one of their DJ’s who was simply expressing his opinion so what if he didn’t sound respectful to a few people.

A void was left Sunday with the death of Johnny Carson. I want to send my heart felt prayers to his family and friends. Funny I started watching Mr. Carson due to an accident in 1979 a guy tried to take a corner at 90 MPH and ended up broad siding my moms new car, she was hurt bad and it took her a year to walk again and ended up killing her modeling career which was really starting to take off so I went to live with my grandparents for the summer. It was there that I was turned on to Johnny Carson we would watch him every night then it would be bed time. Being as my grandparents lived in the sticks we would have to find creative ways to entertain ourselves that was until after 10:30 then Johnny did it for us. I’ve never forgotten about that and it is still a fond memory. Johnny launched careers for people something that has been lacking in all the late shows since he left. Johnny had a way of making jokes that weren’t necessarily funny and making them hilarious and if he blew a joke he would give you that look and you would find yourself laughing anyway. Johnny Carson also seemed to make some every day citizens stars in there home town and he seemed to listen and make the feel comfortable no matter how stupid they appeared to the watching public. He was and will always be the greatest in Night Time television and will never be replaced and even though he hasn’t been in the public eye since 1992 he was always in the hearts and minds of his loyal fans and the entertainment world lost a true legend and everyone that is currently doing Night Time talk shows are just posers trying to be like Johnny Carson sure they have their moments but Johnny Carson is and will always be the King of late night.

As I am sure you are well aware we have not broken any laws, our constitutional rights of freedom of speech and free press more than cover us Mr. Buzz killer and Mrs. Buzz killer are both public figures their story featured in the local city magazine, and on the city web site Mr. Buzz killer and Mrs. Buzz killer also have their own web site that features their name and likeness, as I am sure you are aware the supreme court deemed the internet as public airwaves which makes anyone on the web public domain; Mr. Buzz killer has also appeared in movies, and several articles. But still I felt somewhat loyal to the friendship we once had and did not release their personal information, but please keep this in mind legally I have the right to do so, I am stating opinion from my dealing’s with them, therefore it’s not slander it would be up to you to prove my account did not happen the way I claim, I am recounting the events of the demise of our partnership, of which among other things your clients copyrighted my ideas as their own, also your clients have questioned my honestly publicly to friends and potential business partners. The web site is not going to pull anything posted as far as contacting our attorney when you file court papers I will give you his personal information on his advice we want you to initiate all court actions their fore your clients will be responsible for all legal expenses accrued. Also as most celebrities do not wish to have their stories in the national enquirer being public figures they have given up that right. After all we as Americans must defend the freedom of the press to the fullest. Now if your clients would like me to remove all the articles about them here are my demands

1. A public apology to Greg, Cathi, and me to be posted on our web site an alias name is acceptable although in the private version I want it signed by both.

2. A contract releasing the percentage ownership in when a good movie goes bad in exchange for the rights in their story / documentary

3. Payment for ideas copyrighted by your clients we agreed to the sum of $4500.00 dollars I will stand by that figure, but honestly the duress throughout this ordeal should make the figure in the hundred of thousands.

I have been patient during this whole ordeal this offer was made back in August except for the public apology, but after every thing they have put us through they owe us that much, please don’t think of this as more than a list of demands a public apology will remove all the articles. I have given you my complete list of demands to comply cut ties with your clients. All I wanted to do is walk away as friends they turned this into an ugly war of words. If this is unacceptable I look forward to meeting you at the deposition hearing, because honestly I am willing to tell my story to a jury and let them decide, right and wrong.

As the holidays draw to an end

As the holidays come to an end, and we face a new year the story of the Buzz killers have generated a lot of questions, so today after getting rid of the boxes and wrapping paper I decided to answer the most asked. So with a cut and paste job I will post the question, the name whom asked the question, and their town. Hope this answers some your questions if not I guess I’ll do it again until this is over.

Roger, to be honest at some point they believed they were done wrong, this story began simply because they have no trust in others. Mr. Buzz Killer has accused me of poisoning Cathi against them when the truth was Mrs. Buzz killer brought a lot of personal issues into private conversations with Cathi. Not to mention they were recording private phone calls, and plotting to replace Cathi with themselves. And the most disgusting thing that is a stretch, they decided to replace their preacher in a show with a friend of theirs so they took this guy to their preacher’s church and tried to buy him off. I sat in church dumbfounded knowing nothing but bad things were coming, and wow was I right!

Margaret if I had it all to do over again I would have left when my gut told me to, it was at Hooters as Mr. Buzz Killer launched a verbal assault on the sound man behind his back demanding we tell him to get on board, but then after the sound man arrived he spent 15 minutes insulting Mrs. Buzz Killer as her husband sat their and said nothing. Greg and I both freaked out I did not want to do anything else it was really a dark moment, to this day I regret not following my gut.

Paul, that’s a tuff question truth is when Cathi ended the project I should have told them why. They asked me if I knew why and I chose not to delve into their personal life, the best I felt was when I finally told them why. I knew they had been tapping conversations, and they were telling me things about the group I kept to myself, so if they were saying this to me what were they saying about me? The fact was I was hoping to finish the film and leave. After they accused me of trying to steal Cathi’s show I wanted out, going back after my son was born it became a us verses everyone, they started telling me they were more qualified than Cathi, or bragging about tapping phone calls during this time I now refer to it as my Nixon years simply because of everything they put me through.

Charles it is out of a sense of loyalty I guess, or simply to try and take the high road. Enough people have been hurt I don’t feel like their kids should join in on reading about their parent’s thoughts or private quirks. Everyone involved is a public figure, although his or her lawyer doesn’t think so. But eventually the courts will decide all of this but this will be the Buzz killers choice, not ours.

Once again if I had it all to do over, I trusted the buzz killers and we drew up papers showing ownership, and every other basic agreement, but every day we would be told the contracts were on the way. But it was always the sound guys fault Mr. Buzz killer even would call him lazy and after months of waiting he brought this joke of a contract, looking back it must have been designed to keep us from contractual proof, they must have plotted to steal our work. Ok so never ever enter into partnership when the contracts are being drawn up, a note from production 101, a guy who has not passed his bar is not a lawyer, and under no circumstances shoot a minute of film while waiting for said guy to cut and paste some of the most ridicules paper ever printed. Were we stupid? Yes; and for trusting these people to honor their word, to make a deal and live up to it something they still don’t get, his line of integrity always makes me laugh if he had integrity he would have paid us off as he agreed to seven different times and we would have been done with this last July.

Elisabeth after things went bad we made a bunch of offers, they wanted to do a re-edit I wanted nothing to do with the project, they claimed to have offers on the table. So I offered to sell my groups entire share of the production, a feet that did not go over well at all with Greg, a gentleman’s agreement we walk away paid for our time and give up all rights and future percentages. I did this as a last ditch effort to save whatever friendship might be left or at least polite public greetings, or at least to avoid uncomfortable meetings. Look seven times they accepted offers to buy us out seven times they changed their mind we took lower offers to get this over with, but I keep going to their integrity give your word and live up to it!

Judy This will go on until they issue public apologies, I will pull all the articles post their apologies for a couple of weeks, but honestly he has wanted to sue me since late May most of June all he could talk about when we were alone is how comfortable he was in court and suing was second nature to him. Mary Jane there is one thing that pushes you over the edge mine started as a sarcastic email from them, were I told them the truth laid it out, sugar coated it to be tactful, Mrs. Buzz killer sent an email in which she stated that Buddy said you said this; but Buddy is a liar so tell me the truth, after finding out Buddy was telling the truth instead of graciously saying sorry you feel that way glad to finally have the whole picture, or something to that effect they sent page after page of evil garbage not addressing the truth but trying to distort the facts; I said that, but it was meant differently that sort of thing. But to top it off was the cripple remark, a comment that dripped of pure evil, and still taking pot shots at me, after knowing all I have done was tell the truth. So do I think this is the best place, let me tell you this there is a time to stand up and say no more, a time to state your peace two people whom I thought were friends have done some nasty things to me, they come to this web site every day, perhaps today they will read and find my side of the story and perhaps they will even understand none of us were out to do them harm.

Hope this answers a few questions, I started this two weeks ago we are in the middle of writing a book they are not a big chunk of it in fact just a couple of life lesions learned upon the way. What I Think About It All

If they honestly believe it to be the truth then that is the way they will percieve it. The way I look at it is that denial will lead to even bigger problems in the future. I don't get people like them they can never just leave well enough alone and they always have to worry about what others are doing instead of worrying about their own damn problems. They are a very sad example of human beings because they always seem to be at their worst I don't believe they have any redeeming qualities at all. They speak of God yet they have no concept of God, yet they believe they do. They say you called us white trash after we left but as I recall we were always helping you out to your car so we either left at the same time or we left after you did. They have a very warped perception of life and no matter what we say or do they will always see it their way they will always be in the right and we will always be in the wrong. Right now I may choose not to get involved in the war with Mr. and Mrs. Ass Monkey but I just thought I'd share my veiw of what I've seen! I will save my revenge for later on a very public stage while they watch in shock and horror. Peace Love and what ever turns you on or make you happy!

This is the real pisser if you want to figure this out this was one of twenty-seven emails I got from them in the two-day period after Cathi ended her deal with everyone. I will break in and resound to each allegation, the whole thing stems from Cathi not wanting to work with the Buzz Killers anymore. The sad fact was Mrs. Buzz killer was getting into very personal details of their life cool if you are just hanging but totally uncool if you are in business and expect to represent the person you are dragging into your bedroom, enough said. What are you talking about, "over a couple of bucks". It was never about money. It has and always will be about trust and treating others as you would have others treat you. About principles and honor. About doing what you say and what you agree to do.
Yet as he wrote this he was shopping the project behind our backs.
I just want to say that I cannot understand why Cathi would refuse not to work with ******* and I without knowing anything about us and the type of people that we are.
Your wife was at Cathi’s house telling her the kind of person you were; also you were the type of person to state you were more believable than Cathi’ behind Cathi’s back!
******* Is an attorney, ******* officer with the highest integrity, honor and respect. Do you realize how hard it is to attain those positions or titles. They only go to the finest human beings. Many apply and try to reach such positions to no avail. My family is nothing but doctors and lawyers and even me, a *******. You must have integrity, honor, respect, commitment, dedication, etc. to fill those positions. I did not ascend to that position, nor my family or even ******* by chance or luck. The only information she has or knows about me or ******* and even ***** is what she has "heard" from others. If you read ***** e-mail, she never mentioned a name. Why do you suddenly think she was referring to you?
Simply because you said so in phone conversations on the day my son was born you blatantly accused Greg and I of trying to steal Cathi’s show idea from you, even though it was I that insisted we all sign a letter of intent, also it was you that where recording phone calls!
It's not rocket science. Figure that one out. There were allot of people including Greg, Jeremy, Darren, and others that had contact with Cathi also. Why do you assume it is you?

As far as betrayal, all I can say is that you went to our pastor and Cathi and told them who knows what about us and the project when we wanted to call it off because you sat there in my house and said you could not trust me.
It’s my Pastor and you were finding a replacement pastor that fit your lifestyle and who looks to replace the man you claimed healed your wife behind his back!
Pastor Bart did not want to hear any negative things and blew you off. What a shame. You wanted me to put in the contract that ******* could not work on the pact. You also sat there in our house and disrespected ****** with me and ******* there and pointed your finger at her and accused her of working with ****** and keeping it a secret. All I ever wanted was to work together on projects and I even wanted to give you the recognition. I never asked for anything but for all of us to get along and work together. You know that. If you recall, I wanted to scrap the project because you refused to work with ******* and you said you had a problem with *******. I do not understand why you seem to "not play well with others". Life is about maturity, understanding, sacrifice and forgiveness. You say that you can forgive but it does not mean you have to hang out with them or work with them. Well, wouldn't you be that much a better person if you could do that? We do not consider ourselves better than anybody else, and we all have our faults, but we honestly try to get along and treat people with respect, dignity and honor. It was per our agreement and you broke that not I we all agreed and once again let me state you lied and went behind my back!
Any project that *****i had worked on with *******l was separate from the Pact and she even agreed to let you work on it. Do you remember me asking you to direct it? We do not have problems with anyone and we are the type of people that can get along with everybody. We overlook the menial issues everyone has and for the greater good of any project. Do you remember me telling you that some people have tried to hurt me and my family and I forgave them and worked with them and gave them a second chance?
Bully for you an agreement is an agreement each person makes life decisions based upon their life’s journey, when you accepted my terms you had to abide by them whither you agreed or not its called integrity sticking to your word!
Maybe you know why Cathi called the project off. None of us do, including *******. None of us have ever talked to her about the project. Your camp has been there just about every weekend or at least once per week and have been in constant communication with her. It does not take a genius to figure out that what has influenced her decision is not over here or at *******s house. The day that we called the project off, you had Cathi calling here and sending e-mail's, what kind of negative influence and opinion do you think that gave her about us.
Mrs. Buzzkiller called Cathi and told her the project was canceled!
Just remember Buddy, this is our story, in our house, and with the way things are going, we are not quite sure what we will do with our story as so many accusations are being made. This is not what we wanted. At this point, we may just sell the story rights as an offer has already been made.

The emails, what to do?

The truth is I was hoping the outcome would be different. I have achieved partially what the articles intended to do silence the buzz killers, and selfishly I hoped to purge the anger that they have caused me and everyone else. The email release was to point out to them the depth at which they had sunk. Emails are private thoughts and ideas it’s like recording an argument then broadcasting it for the world to see, everyone involved, including the buzz killers have expressed private thoughts and feelings, that after released on the web are exposed for the world to go over and shift through their dirty laundry. As I know this is what everyone wants, I don’t feel I will accomplish what I wanted; so then I am only doing it out of spite. I have always tried to use reason as my guild, so I must do the same here. As for the emails I am going to edit them into an article to prove my point it will bolster my side without revealing any personal details to incriminate them or their chosen career paths. They have not requested to state their side of the story and since I’m the only one between the two sides that have not fucked over anyone for now my word will stand as the truth. The buzz killers will surly see things differently but it is they that went and copywrited my show ideas as there own. Again as I offered to sell them all my rights for mere pennies on the dollar, to simply walk away, they rejected the idea. For someone who will tell you it’s not about the money it’s the very demon that drives his very soul. Honestly all I wanted was done with them paid for my time, Buddy you know I was going to pay you when I sold the story I was told, ya and add that to the two biggest lies ever told, “the checks in the mail”, “no baby I won’t come in your mouth”, and now “you know I was going to pay you when I sold the story.” It is my belief that they had intended to screw Greg and I from the beginning my gut told me this every time it was time to sign a contract yet none was ever done. Sure they are sitting their reading this, swearing it was I that was going to screw them, but how I ask by selling a show and getting us developmental funds so everyone could get paid, signing a letter of intent with them so they had proof of their ownership, or spending seven months of my life while they lied, plotted, and recorded conversations we had to use against me. They uttered the words trust and friendship but lied, and stole from me not money that is easily replaced no they stole my time and trust. Worst than that they stole the same from everyone else involved also, Cathi, Greg, Jeremy, and Darrin. Does guilt bother them? No they cry to others about how we are threatening their jobs, they play the victim while planning to shoot a show that they stole the idea from me, saddest part is I offered to walk away for a buyout of seven thousand dollars simply to walk away, but they were to out too steal every penny from my pocket so here we are, but as the buzz killers said it’s not about money…*note to the buzz killers want to post a rebuttal you know where to email your reply,

Clear channel

After spending a day outside of a town almost completely controlled by clear channel radio, I discovered how horrible these ass monkeys are. The watered down dribble they pass as radio sucks, they are a company that took eight rock radio stations and turned them into junk, at times it’s hard to mourn the death of these stations, clear channel had killed the music for payola but the history these stations had, and the fact is they played rock, a form of music that has made them rich, as motley crue reunite and go on tour it will be clear channel that will make huge profits over their over priced ticket sir charges the fact that they control the radio stations and a monopoly on ticket sales is horrific and should not be allowed. The fact is we will not hear the new crue here unless we buy the new CD, but outside the clear channel controlled airwaves they hear it and new rocklike the new Dio, New DLR if you listen to clear channel this is non existent. We should demand that no company be allowed to control more than 20% of any cities airwaves. We have sat by and quietly let them do this, the FCC should never allowed this each market they did this in they took a single rock station and replaced it with a top 40 Spanish station if each market was not already over saturated with this format I would not complain, but they stole a one of kind station and killed it. The classic rock station in Houston sucks washed out hits while continuing to play the same crap over and over again. Honestly how many times a day can you play “stairway to heaven”, and “Freebird” And while they are trying to ad a few more groups it will fall way short of what we lost and will never add the new music that still is being made. Driving outside their payola controlled cities I heard a few great stations, I discovered rock is still alive and well but outside the payola driven board rooms of clear channel if your happy with clear channel then sit back and do nothing, if your angry tell the world, first write on your windshield demanding your stations return, second don’t buy tickets from ticket master, third don’t listen or participate in any of their promos, fourth write and call your congressman complain, use the political system to vent these guys are reelected every two years they tend to listen, and finally contact the FCC if you complain they will have to review their actions and prove we needed another Spanish station, the FCC has more to do than attack Howard Stern or Janet Jackson’s boob, if you stand up and together they might listen, if not satellite radio is an alterative but why should we have to pay for something that clear channel stole our public owned airways!

To release or not to release that is the question

First I want to make this one point clear, this is a personal argument between this particular couple, and myself; although you must include Cathi, Greg, Jeremy, and Darrin plus a few others. This was started out of paranoia, and distrust from which stemmed from deep in their psyches. All the allegations that they have accused others of is their own guilt coming to roost. No matter how mad or angry I am with them I would not release their names or any personal information. As far as the production related problems, the only thing they could have done wrong is the fact they are assholes. Not a crime that I know of, I will release several emails but their names and email addresses will be blacked out. The reason is simple I want the world to read and judge them for their actions. They pretend to be innocent yet a remark about one of my friends being cripple was frickin evil. Then crying to the manager of Jeremy’s favorite hangout was childish, saying we are out to cause problems at their job is ridiculous nothing could be farther from the truth. I was at the point when I walked in to write the whole thing off, if they would have keep their bi-polar mouths quite I would not have sued over current projects. Yet as I will from now on refer to them as, “the buzz killers”. Any time I am working on a buzz and having fun, which is not that often they strike. The buzz killers have the timing down to a tee, perhaps its because they are so desperate for attention, or because they sit at home worried about what everybody else is doing and they’re not. To say this is my biggest concern is far from the truth, I wish they would make a final offer and leave me alone forever, I wanted to end our deal as friends now I just want it to end, they have turned a case were I would never have worked with them again and turned it into full blown hatred. As for the club and its manager, if you read this understand one fact you are stupid for even listening to them, believe what you want but remember I offered you to open my email and look in for yourself. Forest’s mom said stupid is as stupid does, but I honestly feel they have taken that privilege beyond any allowed amount. Our friends are sitting in their haunted house, and my honest guess is, if there are dark sprits hanging out there, they are scared to death of these people. I have told this story unedited to my friend at the justice department to assure nothing happens to me, my family or friends but since nothing has he will watch out for me. Let me state this one last time enough is enough next year I have a plate full of projects, Greg and I have positioned ourselves to make some fat cash these articles have prompted a book offer, we have a two series pilots being shot and finished a movie that goes into editing in February. I write this for the simple fact since they can’t call My Favorite ghost hunter and find out what I am up to. On that note check out her proof positive page, Ghastly GhostHunter.com and Cathi say’s she is editing her emails from the buzz killers to have us post them, but don’t get too excited as I said there names and emails will be blacked out, I once believed these people were honest Christians, but whatever darkness eats at the buzz killers bellies please leave me and my friends out of it. Perhaps this will end our fight maybe I can erase you from my memory, as you start to make arrangements to shoot your show, which is an idea I presented to you, perhaps looking over your highlighted emails will allow you to see how far you have fallen, giving you a chance to redeem yourselves and do the right thing, but as everyone reading this are screaming right now, no I’m not out of my mind it could happen. Ok it probably won’t and I’m sure I’ll be flying on a pig long before it does, but who knows what lurks in their heart and whatever does; trust me it will change five times before they are finished reading this. Ass Monkey - A person who lies cheats or steals, a dishonest person, a person who tries to get ahead of others by stabbing them in the back, a person who tells lies to benefit themselves while hurting others, a person who exploits god for their own financial gain, a person who drives below the speed limit, a person who stops to make right hand turns, someone who drives slow in the fast lane, corporations that bilk the public out of millions, Michael Moore, someone who uses God to justify killing people, People who wrongfully accuse others of things they themselves are guilty of doing, hypocrites, People in a position of authority that try to use it to manipulate others by using their position as leverage. People, who file frivolous lawsuits, people who bully and threaten others to get their way. Greed mongers, those who cook the books while making millions, CEO who get paid large sums of money while lying off the companies work force. Drunk drivers, people who beat their wives, husbands, or children. Clear channel communications are big A.M. I know there are more but I figured this is a good start and that you would get the picture. If you still find yourself trying to figure out whether or not I’m talking about you then you’re more than likely an Ass Monkey!

Enough is enough

As we move towards a holiday season of peace and love a former friend and production partner once again confronts me. To say the word friend is not easy for me, it takes a lot of trust for me to consider somebody a friend There are a few exceptions to this rule, such as my favorite ghost hunter Cathi; but I’ll come back to this. The truth is a guy I knew or at least thought I did recently got married and bought a haunted house, by accident of course. After getting past the initial shock, and disbelief he started trying to capitalize from this accident. My guess is he ran around to everyone who he knew trying to get some help, Greg and I ran into him at My friends J’s favorite hang out and he pitched the idea. Anyone that knows me will tell you I like a true ghost story, and they came at a time where I need some hope. However we had worked with him before and it did not end on a good note, the fact was we blamed most of the problems on another friend but in the end working with him nothing was getting done. But this seemed different he seemed to have a sense of urgency, and a new wife that seemed very sweet she was the deciding factor in weather we would move forward in this project or not. To this day there is something about her, she has a very down to earth feel as a person. So we decided to do a two-prong attack a documentary and a film based on the true story. About two months into the project is the first time I wanted out, the sound man was calling his wife a flat out liar about scheduling, as we sat at Hooter’s my favorite wing spot they talked about him, how lazy he was and how they should get rid of him. I left with a feeling of disgust in the pit of my stomach, not because of the conversation, and that was disgusting, but how the husband left his wife out to dry as the soundman sat they’re calling her a liar; it would be Jeremy who would talk Greg and I back to the project saying that it was a fluke in my gut I knew better. The rest of the shooting went ok it’s when I had a few show ideas and presented them the ideas that their greed took over, honest note if someone tells you its not about the money run like hell do not pass go or collect 200 dollars. By know its April and the documentary is close to being done, Greg and I are now friends with Cathi and want to shoot a test pilot for a ghost hunting show, as this is the point were everything falls apart we had a letter of intent from everyone involved points were split everything was on the up and up. If you can’t guess what happens next your as thick as I was they exploded accused us of trying to steal the show from behind their back, we were evil and spawn of Satan. While they were doing this I was on the way to the hospital so my wife could have our baby. While my newborn son lay in intensive care they took all sorts of personal shots at my character and me. Once again it was Jeremy, who played the peacemaker look he said lets put this aside our differences and finish the movie, So against every fiber in my being I went back and started to help edit. So as most of you already know during this time they were shopping the project around behind our back, and as we finished up Cathi had had enough of their bullshit and got rid of them, and took her series in another direction, and the weekend after thanksgiving they are at it again. I am tired of being accused of stuff I had not done, snide little emails with sarcastic overtures about my integrity every chance they get. The fact is they have no integrity or they would not question mine honestly every time I turn around they take a little poke at me for a project I am not involved with Cathi was a ghost hunter long before any of us meet her will be long after we all have went our separate ways. If they shoot a series about living in a haunted house that was my idea, I will have no choice but to sue them, as of today I am seriously debating the idea of publishing all their emails on the web, I am currently working on a book that will feature all their emails as I chronicle my years in production. I seriously tried to be kind and give them more chances than I gave others, as I wait for their final say in this I am purging them from my life, he spent weeks attacking a person I once thought of as a brother only to hide a project they were doing, then to blame his ex-wife for the whole thing. I’m sick of hearing how a marine that shot a piece of shit terrorist and should be branded a criminal and charged with a war crime! This is absolute bullshit considering the ass monkey’s our soldiers are fighting want to fight to the death. Well the marine in my mind and the minds of many others just granted him that wish of death. As far as the terrorist television network “ I know there name but I just want to call them what they are” that wants the marine given to Arabs so they can execute him. Fuck that we should destroy them as well all they seem to be is a loud speaker for the terrorist networks they broadcast all their speeches and then show there cowardly acts of executions and beheadings. And as for that reporter who released the footage before he got the entire story, to me he is the criminal and should be treated as one. Lets face it he walked in heard a marine yell and filmed him firing a gun and killing a terrorist, what he doesn’t say is what led up to it. He just walked in and started pointing his camera then released the footage whom does he work for the ass monkey Michael Moore. They killed a volunteer who worked for C.A.R.E. an organization that takes care of children in my eyes they all deserve a bullet to the head, fuck them at least we make their deaths quick. Oh and for their great leader Al Zarqawi what a fucking lowly coward, marines come in he runs like a little bitch and hides, he’s no soldier or holly warrior he’s just a chicken shit little coward that should be drawn and quartered if caught. He preaches fight to the death then he sends out his lemmings to blow up innocent Iraqis while he runs and hides like a little girl hell I wouldn’t be surprised if he was running around Iraq dressed like a woman so that he can keep himself alive. I would say he’s a lowly mutt but that would be a disgrace to an animal that is obviously braver than he is! And let us remember this marines have been more humane to them then they would ever be to marine they captured. I think all Americans should get behind this marine call the pentagon and tell them this soldier needs a medal not a trial.

After dealing with Ford via email and one phone call nothing was accomplished or settled so all I can say is that all is fair in love and war and this is war! I will be doing a little video download this weekend and if you download it you will defiantly be more prepared when dealing with the unscrupulous car dealerships that are out there. Now I do want to tell you I personally would not buy a Ford, Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Lincoln/Mercury or any other product that Ford or it’s subsidiaries make! Screw them I’ve been a loyal Ford man since 1989 and they treated me like I was a nobody and the customer doesn’t matter and for that I will never buy another Ford. I gave them plenty of chances to do the right thing and they did nothing now I plan to do something about it by telling the world why they shouldn’t buy a Ford or one of their subsidiaries cars and I hope that I do make a difference for future car buyers everywhere and I hope that other manufacturers take notice and start treating their customers with respect and when something is wrong that they do the right thing instead of treating you like you don’t matter and they don’t need your business!

I just wanted to let Ford and it’s subsidiaries to know that I have not forgotten about them and that I am going to give them an additional week to respond to my letters before I start an all out campaign against them and their subsidiaries. I felt with a tight election they may need a few extra days, its not like I want the world and I don’t want a free car I just want them to do the right thing this can be done through loyalty incentives and by making sure that their dealers explain what they truly mean when they say they are paying off your trade in. I understand with the mileage on my car I would be a little upside down but not to the point of where I currently stand if they do this I will call off my campaign against them if not I will move forward in my relentless pursuit of what I feel is right for myself and for all the future consumers who will purchase Ford vehicles and for that matter anyone who will purchase a vehicle in the future will be informed and be able to better protect themselves from unscrupulous car dealers and the tactics they use on the consumer.

Well after it is all said and done I will have to commend John Kerry for doing the right thing and conceding the election, for this I am truly great full. Now that the uncertainty is gone we can move forward instead of being in limbo for next couple of months. I supported President Bush because I personally did not like John Kerry or what he stood for however I do not support all of President Bush’s views. I how ever will stand fast behind our brave men and women of the United States Military and or allies in the war on terror. I say this because I may have supported President Bush in his re-election bid but if he supports a policy or person I don’t agree with I will not hold my tongue and will do everything in my power to change or alter the course of the policy etcetera! Now on to all those who tried to sway the election for John Kerry the celebrities, billionaires, Michael Moore, and George Soros especially. For George Soros you spent hundreds of millions of dollars and you failed and I wish I could say that was enough to satisfy me but I would be lying. I intend to come after you and expose you for the person you really are and of course I will do it my way and it will not be pretty! As for Michael Moore time for you to put on a dress and whine like the little bitch that you are hell if I can find one that fits you I may send it to you just for the hell of it! Michael Moore here is an open challenge a charity fight with 75 percent of the proceeds going to the charity of the winner! I know your to chicken shit to do it but I will keep the offer on the table and hope that people will hound you until you say yes. Some say no one would pay to see you cry like a little girl I believe they will and I believe it could go to a very good cause but then again the offer is there now its up to you to either accept it or to show your true colors! Oh I really wish I could have seen the look on your faces when John Kerry decided to concede I hate to use a commercial line but it would have been priceless!
